1. Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your parcel is handed to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  - Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days

* Priority Express Shipping: Available at checkout
  - Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days worldwide
  - Shipping fees for express delivery will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout based on your exact location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is in transit, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update on the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Still Ataraxia is not liable for any customs duties, import tariffs, or taxes applied to your package once it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
